have been caused or augmented by secret weather modification
technology. Some go so far as to suggest the scenario of a George W.
Bush look-alike double impersonating the White House figurehead while
the real "Dubya" steered Hurricane Katrina from a "Fortress Of

Conspiracy Nation is not
ready at this point to agree with the wilder scenarios. However weather
modification has been dabbled in successfully since at least the 1950s.
A brilliant scientist, Dr. Wilhelm Reich, was hounded by the
Establishments of various nations. Reich, a protege of famous
psychoanalyst Sigmund Freud, eventually broke away from his mentor.
Forced to flee Nazi Germany, Dr. Reich settled down in Norway in the
1930s.
In Norway, Reich's experiments lead to the discovery of "bions."
Rotting matter broke down into microscopic blue "vesicles" -- quasi
life forms, in some sense alive. Radiation from the bions was the "life
energy," the "orgone." [1]
According to Reich, what he called "The
Emotional Plague" inhibits expression of this life energy in
humans. Furthermore, generally "armored individuals," resistant to
orgone energy, are life-denying and inclined to fascism. (See

This emotional plague fascism can take many forms! Don't necessarily
expect the Devil to wear a Nazi uniform this time!
Persecuted in Norway, Dr. Reich moved to the United States in 1940
and settled in the state of Maine. There, he announced the orgone
energy was a cosmic life force existing everywhere. His invention, the
orgone energy accumulator, increased the bion radiation. [1]
Reich met with Albert Einstein at Princeton for five hours. Einstein
was interested and conducted his own experiments. [1]
Reich developed an orgone-powered engine, seemingly a perpetual motion
machine. [1]
Reich warned that nuclear energy had altered the universal orgone
energy into a deadly force, which he called Deadly Orgone Radiation (DOR). This
was the 1950s and nuclear proliferation was rampant. Magazines, notably
the New Republic, began a
disinformation campaign which falsely portrayed the scientist. Reich
believed his long time Stalinist enemies, the Red Fascists, were behind the
attack. New Republic's owner,
Michael Straight, was a Soviet spy. His magazine was connected to Wall
Street billionaires and British internationalists. Professor Carroll
Quigley had written that the magazine's original purpose was "to
provide an outlet for the progressive left and guide it quietly in an
Anglophile direction." [1]
Not intimidated, Dr. Reich invented a "cloud buster" to drain DOR
from the sky. He also used the "cloud buster" to make rain. But the New Republic and other media's
disinformation had taken hold. The Food and Drug Administration (FDA)
pursued legal action against Reich. He counter-attacked, threatening to flood the East with horrific
weather.
Some reports say Reich was successful in influencing the weather.
[1] Remember, this was the 1950s, a half-century ago. So those who
automatically scoff at weather modification technology ought to bone up
on their history a bit.
The Red Fascists are an aspect of the emotional plague. Last week
they slithered out from under a rock and viciously mauled Bill Bennett.

Another aspect is slimey phone calls accusing this editor of

another life-hating aspect of the disease is a weird "Christianity"
advocating the assassination of Hugo Chavez. (See "New Orleans: The
Truth", op. cit.) Don't necessarily expect the Devil to wear a Nazi
uniform this time.
Dr. Reich's orgone energy suggests Nikola Tesla's concept of space.
What is "space"? Replied Tesla, "Space is that which conducts

Also brought to mind are ancient concepts of The Ether (a.k.a.
Aether), a subtle yet tenacious field pervading space and

Ervin Laszlo sums up his life's work in, Science and the Akashic Field.
There he shows The Ether as akin to the Sanskrit Akashic Field. Akasha, in fact, means "ether:
all-pervasive space." It is "the zero-point energy field that fills all
of cosmic space..."
Dr. Wilhelm Reich had stumbled onto something profound, having
enormous potential benefit for humanity. For that, the life-denying
fascists destroyed him. He was unjustly imprisoned and died in 1957.
In one of Reich's final letters, unearthed thanks to a Freedom Of
Information Act request made by Kenn Thomas, the persecuted scientist
had a warning for us all:
"...the true danger to our social
and personal existence is placed: It is EMOTIONAL POISONING: disruption
through sowing distrust throughout our society, doping and drugging of
our population, esp. our YOUTH; draining us financially through arms
race, a camouflage of the true menace, the EMOTIONAL POISONING a la
Little Rock racial upheavals; keeping our high-placed officials at bay
through fear of sexual scandal; railroading efficient men and women
into prisons or lunatic asylums through breaking up their environments;
subverting justice by whispered little lies & frightening or using
judges..." [2]
