Mysterious Powers Of Madame Wu
(Conspiracy Nation, 05/28/08) – Persistent reports of a “Madame Wu” have been viewed by this editor. She is associated with “deliveries” said always to be occurring “tomorrow.” The “deliveries” apparently are connected with the Leo Wanta case and immense sums of cash, perhaps owed to the American people.
“Madame Wu” is apparently Wu Yi, born Nov. 1938, and a former vice-premier until recently of the State Council of the People's Republic of China. In that position Madame Wu had major economic responsibilities in China. (Wikipedia. Google search on “Madame Wu” returns “Wu Yi.”)
The “economic stimulus tax rebates” being sent to Americans may have something to do with the “deliveries.” This is suggested by Christopher Story in a report dated May 9, 2008. (http://www.worldreports.org/news/132_refinancing_the_world_and_refloating_the_u.s._dollar)
Reportedly, a debt payment owed to China of $34 trillion (!) came and passed around June 2007. “Coincidentally or otherwise,” reports Story, “Bank of New York Mellon advised the US Treasury it would be able ‘to guarantee the delivery’ of the ‘Wanta’ $4.5 trillion...” So a shuffling of money seems to have occurred: China got stalled on repayment and that money was destined to be “delivered.” (Deliveries will be tommorrow, nyuk, nyuk.)
But the goose did not lay the golden egg back then, in the summer of 2007. Four and a half trillion (!) dollars remained in limbo. In November of 2007, reportedly, the Wanta Team swung into action. Visits by the team “caused consternation and trepidation in the Boardrooms of” Citibank and Morgan Stanley. (Ibid.)
But still, the “deliveries” stalled. Then, in April 2008, according to Story, the Group of Seven (G-7) put their foot down. As of April 13th, whoever has just 100 days to implement “rigorous proposals.” (Ibid.)
Enter Madame Wu
Madame Wu of China is not liking any of this. She is reportedly “equipped with a Writ of Execution or Lien from the World Court/ICJ (International Court of Justice) which can declare its own jurisdiction when any national jurisdictions fail in their duties against criminals...” Reportedly Madame Wu can foreclose on banks, should she wish, and can even “seize the Federal Reserve and the US Treasury on behalf of her own defrauded Government, the Group of Seven, the World Court/ICJ and The Queen [of England].” (Ibid.) These are some of the mysterious powers of Madame Wu!
On May 11, 2008, commenting on the situation, “Casper” (friendly ghost/spook) informed readers, as usual, that “deliveries” would be tomorrow. This was based on information from none other than Madame Wu herself, who guaranteed it. Caspar apologized for previous unrealized “deliveries tomorrow” reports. Needless to say, “deliveries” did not occur. (Perhaps tommorrow?) By May 16, 2008, Madame Wu was getting pretty upset. She reportedly “procured liens” on two unnamed European banks, then continued a bank lien rampage. We are RIGHT NOW, at this point in time, Wed May 28 08:18:25 CDT 2008, at the DOOMSDAY DEADLINE, according to Story. The DOOMSDAY DEADLINE is “believed to be close of business EST on Wednesday 28th May 2008...” As of Monday, May 26th, Madame Wu, like a fire-breathing dragon, was said to be enroute to the United States! She is reportedly ready to take the “doomsday steps” enacted in the World Court/ICJ supra-jurisdictional papers. (Ibid.)
And “Casper” tersely reported last evening that Madame Wu is now in the U.S. but cannot be reached. “Deliveries” were supposed to have begun yesterday.
