Tame Magazine Smears Conspiracy Author

(Conspiracy Nation, 5/13/02) -- Not findable at the Tame magazine (a.k.a. Time magazine) web site is an article available in this week's Tame: "The French Correction: America Behind 9/11!" (May 20th issue, article by Bruce Crumley.)

Lame magazine (a.k.a. Tame magazine) predictably trots out ha-ha-funny subtexts of X-file reminders when its hireling, Bruce Crumley, reports on the best-selling book, in France, L'Effroyable Imposture (The Horrifying Fraud).

The book, which reportedly shows that

no plane crashed into the Pentagon on Sept. 11, 2001
planes that struck the World Trade Center on that date were guided by remote control
the 9-11 terror attacks were the causa belli for pre-planned wars against Afghanistan and Iraq,

will, according to Tame, be released in an English-language translation this month. Guarding against fears that author Thierry Meyssan's book will be a bestseller in the U.S. (as it already is in France), Tame magazine, through her hireling, Bruce Crumley, lets loose with the usual ridicule:

"Move over, Fox Mulder. Here comes Thierry Meyssan."
"If Meyssan had worked in a few aliens, he might have had a real shot at the X-Files market."

Meyssan, whose book has broken the French record for first-month sales, reportedly "casts the events of Sept. 11 and those that followed as the work of a virtual shadow junta within the U.S. government..."
