(Conspiracy Nation, 04/02/06) -- "The insurgency in Iraq is being directed by Soviet Military Intelligence (GRU)," according to Soviet Analyst (http://www.sovietanalyst.com/sovietanalyst), a publication which does not believe Communism magically went away in 1991.

However it now appears that Communism never in fact went to sleep, but rather it is the West which has been caught napping.

When George W. Bush first met Russian president Vladimir Putin, it was a meeting between a typical U.S. politician and a master chess player. Bush, a mere duffer at geo-political chess, matched wits with a Red Capablanca. A gambit was offered, and "Dubya" Bush blundered right in.

Iraq, Iran, and Afghanistan are part of what Russia views as the "Near Abroad." They, like the former Yugoslavia, fall within Moscow's sphere of influence. Recently, news has emerged that Russia, through a mole within the U.S. defense apparatus, allegedly fed information to Saddam Hussein in 2003, as the Iraq War commenced. But this tidbit may be only a "limited hangout," the tip of the iceberg for a much larger, ongoing Communist plan.

Those hoodwinked into believing "Communism is dead" forget revelations made by Soviet defector Anatoliy Mikhaylovich Golitsyn. In 1984, his book, New Lies For Old, laid bare a USSR Master Plan. "Among other things, Golitsyn claimed that the USSR had long range plans to take over the USA that included taking down the Berlin Wall, faking the end of communism and lulling the USA into a false sense of security." In New Lies For Old, Golitsyn made 148 what are termed "falsifiable predictions." This means his 148 predictions, published in 1984, could later be statistically measured as having turned out either "True" or "False." Author Mark Riebling, in 1994, calculated the astonishing result: By 1993, at least 139 of Golitsyn's predictions had been verified. This is an accuracy of 94 percent. American politicians typically see only so far ahead as the next election. Communism, on the other hand, is a Thing which mutates according to circumstances yet never dies. It therefore is capable of acting long-term, spanning several generations. Exactly how "long-term" can be seen on the reverse of the U.S. Seal, which bears the date MDCCLXXVI (1776). This is "the date not of the foundation of the United States, but of the publication by the lapsed Catholic priest-promoter of the Illuminati, Professor Weishaupt of Ingolstadt University, of a dark treatise on the 'New World Order.'" The long-term modus operandi "has enabled the Leninist revolutionary enemy to maintain its disguise, with prospectively fateful outcomes for Western society, which is under a relentless revolutionary attack." (Soviet Analyst, op. cit.) Some mind-boggling puzzles make sense when seen within this framework:

In the case of September 11, 2001 (9/11) especially, the mainstream press (and also much of the "progressive" press) has locked arms against the Truth. Politicians are not responsive to the voters so much as they are responsive to the mass media. It is the mass media which calls the shots, and they define a drumbeat of anxiety. The technique being used, according to Christopher Story, editor of Soviet Analyst, is to assert the existence of hideous "global problems" which are "too big" for nation-states to handle. Thus, 9/11 must be attributed to a vague "International Enemy" rather than to its actual perpetrators.

How is it that, in Iraq, so many persons have materialized who are willing to blow themselves up as suicide bombers? Are the Muslims really that good at brainwashing? The more likely source for the continual parade of zombies is Russia. Recently, reports have been emerging about "zombie children" in Russia who re-appear having no knowledge of their past or of who they are. Their minds have been "wiped clean" somehow.

Communist brainwashing advances go back at least to the old Soviet "show trials." In 1948, for example, Jozsef Cardinal Mindszenty was arrested by Stalinist goons. During World War II, Mindszenty had headed a resistance movement protecting Hungarian Jews from the Nazis. For that, he was arrested by the Gestapo and remained in prison until April 1945. He was a tough, courageous man who would not knuckle under -- not to Nazis nor to Communists. When the Reds hauled him in, Mindszenty had already declared "that he would never sign a confession, and that if one did appear under his signature it would be the result of torture and the shattering of his personality. After a quick show trial in February 1949 Mindszenty was sentenced to life imprisonment." Some say scopolamine was used to turn his mind to putty. That was in 1948-1949. Advances in mind control, for which Communist scientists enjoy dubious distinction, have since multiplied -- so much so that an army of suicidal "Muslim fanatics" could well originate not from Islam, per se, but from the "collapsible empire" of the Soviet Union.

What Soviet Analyst terms a "Neurological Linguistic Control Offensive" is apparently long-since underway in the West. It can begin with confessing "past sins" to a group. Besides making the subject thereby blackmailable, all former notions are swept from the mind, in the "forgiveness" phase. Onto this tabula rasa (blank slate) are put "slides": so-called "politically correct" ideas.

The term "slides," according to Soviet Analyst, was coined by the U.S. Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). "A 'slide' is a prefabricated, 'politically correct' blanket 'pop' 'opinion', 'view' or 'take' upon a particular issue of general interest which is designed to preclude further consideration, analysis or investigation of the issue in question. In other words, it is a 'collectivised' mental position which is never to be questioned." The potential application venue for such "slides" is enormous, for example "random polls," "hit music," and television commercials.

The solution for our peril is not a collectivist response, such as the "witch craze" of the McCarthy era. All collectivist responses are likely to be infiltrated and turned by the enemy. The solution is simply for the brainwashed people to struggle to shake off their individual, ill-considered notions. Unfortunately, one thing all brainwashed persons have in common is, they only dimly (if at all) realize they have been brainwashed.
