Thunderbolts Reveal Patterns

(Conspiracy Nation, 06/20/08)A high happy solstice to you all. The Sun stands still. Two thunderbolts were released yesterday, in tune with the Thor's Day pattern. Today is Frigg's Day, named for the goddess of married love. It is associated with startling revelations, such as, “Honey, I am pregnant.” Typically, some sort of startling news occurs late in the day.

In “Backy-Forthy Of Cheney/Bush” (http://www.shout.net/~bigred/BackyForthy.html) published in the wee hours yesterday, “today's compartment involves thunderbolts”, it was observed. Two thunderbolts were subsequently released by Zeus (federal government): (1) FBI reveals it is investigating some “relatively large corporations” as part of a sweeping mortgage-fraud probe; (2) indictments and a “perp walk” for two high-profile former Bear Stearns managers.

Also in “Backy-Forthy Of Cheney/Bush” (op. cit.) the timing of the pressure being brought on Senator Christopher Dodd, Chairman of the Senate Banking Committee, was questioned. Dodd suddenly finds himself under a cloud for accepting VIP treatment from Countrywide Financial. (Full disclosure: This editor has also received VIP treatment, “executive rates”, in various magazine offers.)

Mathematics, writes Keith Devlin in a layman's overview of the subject, is “the science of patterns.” Most people cling to an outdated definition, believing mathematics is “the study of numbers.” But that definition got sidelined over 2,000 years ago. (“The Language Of Mathematics”, Henry Holt & Co., 1998)

Mathematics is the science of patterns. Conspiracy theory also boils down to a search for patterns. But “math anxiety” is suffered by many. This translates to a fear of conspiracy theories. The subject of “math anxiety” was covered in July of 2005 by Conspiracy Nation. Those suffering from the disorder are desperate to immediately “solve the problem.” For that reason, they eagerly grasp at explanations offered by “the authorities.” But then, mathematically-inclined conspiracy theorists resurrect the problem, triggering a relapse of “math anxiety” in the masses. For that reason, they mutter, “Conspiracy theorists, go away!” (Background: “Math Anxiety And London Events”, http://www.shout.net/~bigred/MathLondon.html)

Searching for patterns, as usual, Conspiracy Nation notices “the dots.” (1) Dodd under pressure due to VIP cloud; (2) thunderbolt of Bear Stearns indictments; (3) thunderbolt of announcement of sweeping mortgage-fraud probe. Connecting “the dots” means “a search for patterns.”

Other “dots” are found in the latest report from Sorcha Faal. She summarizes various credible reports then concludes with her usual doom-and-gloom. (“Catastrophic Collapse Of Western Economy Looms As US-EU Begin Monetary War”, http://www.whatdoesitmean.com/index1109.htm). “Transatlantic tensions” between the European Central Bank and the “Federal” Reserve are underway. The Royal Bank of Scotland advises clients to “brace for a full-fledged crash in global stock and credit markets over the next three months as inflation paralyses the major central banks.”

The plan had been for Hillary Clinton and “co-president” Bill Clinton to be doing an FDR imitation. At the 1997 dedication of the FDR Memorial, symbolism abounded. Present at the sacred ceremony were Bill and Hillary Clinton, the latter in psychic communication with Eleanor Roosevelt. But then a “wild card” -- Barack Obama – upset the “co-presidency plot.” (Background: “Hillary's FDR Allegory”, http://www.shout.net/~bigred/HillaryFDR.html)

The point in the above “dot” is the FDR “great depression” foresight. As long ago as 1997, an economic collapse had been foreseen. Hillary Clinton was to have rode in gallantly in the Fall of 2008 waving the flag of FDR nostalgia.

So this is a little mathematics puzzle for Frigg's Day (Friday). Do not flee in terror. (“Arghh... Oh no! Math! Not that!”). Do not scurry to “the authorities” for cheat-sheet solutions. You, an ordinary citizen, given time without hurry-up deadlines, are fully capable, on your own, of connecting the dots.
