Select View or change existing e-mail accounts and click the Next button.
Select your Shouting Ground E-mail account in the white box then click the Change... button.
Set the Outgoing mail server (SMTP) field to outbound.shout.net then click the More Settings... button.
Click the Outgoing Server tab and place a check in the My outgoing server (SMTP) requires authentication. Make sure the Use same settings as my incoming server option is selected.
Click on the Advanced tab and set the Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 587 then click the OK button.
You should now be back at the E-mail Accounts window, click Next, then Finish to save the settings changes you just made.
Close and reopen Outlook then try to send a message. If sending fails check that your Internet connection is working properly. If you still cannot send mail with the new settings please contact us for support at 217-351-7921.
