
Select your Shouting Ground E-mail account in the list, and click Properties on the right.

Select the Servers tab at the top, and type outbound.shout.net next to Outgoing mail [SMTP] in the box provided.

Under Outgoing Mail Server at the bottom, click a checkmark in the box next to My server requires authentication; then click the Settings button.

Make sure the Use same settings as my incoming mail server button is selected, and click OK

Click on the Advanced tab and set the Outgoing server (SMTP) port to 587, and then click the OK button.
Click Close at the bottom of the Internet Accounts dialog box, and you should be back to your main Outlook Express window.
Close and reopen Outlook Express, then try to send a message. If sending fails, check if your Internet connection is working properly. If you still cannot send mail with the new settings please contact us for support at 217-351-7921.
