Enigma Files And Emperor Bush

(Conspiracy Nation, 09/11/07) – The following may be way out there to some readers. This is “big picture” stuff, not weighed down by minute details. Much of what follows is based on information in Jim Marrs' book, Psi Spies (New Jersey: Career Press, 2007. ISBN: 13: 978-1-56414-960-2)

Psi Spies, originally set for publication in 1995, was suppressed. It is apparently one of the first books to have dealt with Remote Viewing. The book was printed in a limited edition in 2000. It is, at present, at last generally available.

Marrs' deals in the first two-thirds of his book with relatively mundane groundwork on his subject. Scientific investigation in the modern sense began with J.B. Rhine at Duke University in 1927. He proved the existence of Extra-Sensory Perception (ESP). This literally means, beyond the usual sensory apparatus – extra-sensory.

What is called paranormal or para-psychological research has never ceased since Rhine's days. Whether in-favor or out-of-favor, investigation has continued. The U.S. military, for example, does not care about technicalities as to whether ESP, etc. is theoretically correct. All the military is concerned with is, does it work? If some unusual method gets results, then the military will adhere to a nuts-and-bolts approach: It works. Who cares how?

An impetus for ESP and other related research came due to Soviet perceived dominance. Under Joseph Stalin, paranormal investigation was discouraged because the existence of a non-material realm would have been heresy to Communist ideology. But after Stalin's death in 1953, things slowly loosened up. By 1970, with the release of Ostrander and Schroeder's bestseller, Psychic Discoveries Behind The Iron Curtain, a new race with the Russians began. This time it was not a “space race,” as in the 1960s, but a race for dominance in an otherworldly realm.

At times when psychotronic research is out-of-favor, it merely mutates and continues. During the 1970s, the CIA was under intense scrutiny by Congress. The psychotronic research, accordingly, merely folded its wings and moved to the Pentagon. We are told today that the U.S. government has stopped its Remote Viewing program. Some former government Remote Viewers appear and spread disinformation on the subject. But how can they be talking about its details, since they had signed secrecy agreements while participating? It is likely that, despite denials, psychotronic research is ongoing.

Most persons have some degree of Remote Viewing ability. What impedes its manifestation is the “noise” in their minds. This “noise” is the usual chatter of various thoughts: when do I eat lunch, where do I eat dinner, when do I do laundry – multiplied by thousands of other thoughts continually churning in the mind. This “noise” jams the signal coming in from other levels.

Also impeding perception is automatic overlay, where signals coming in get rationalized by the constantly churning conscious mind.

Remote Viewing is not limited by time. An “anti-missile time warp,” where incoming missiles are sent back to pre-historic times, has been contemplated. Some viewers have psychically traveled to medieval times and witnessed battles.

Psi Spy wars with the Soviets developed. Remote Viewer Robert Monroe, on a mission through the Ether, realized he was being tailed “there” by three people. One of the three, a woman, “seemed particularly powerful.” All three were Soviet counter-intelligence agents operating in the psychic realm. Monroe became terribly afraid. It soon became clear that the Soviet “extra-sensors” were also being physically infiltrated onto U.S. soil. This would have assisted their “feedback,” a verification procedure.

By 1984, the Secret Service had become concerned. President Ronald Reagan might be subjected to psychic attack, or worse, psychic assassination. Could, for example, a heart attack be precipitated? The psychic heart attack worries could not be substantiated.

A team of Remote Viewers was assembled. They travelled through the Ether to Russian psychic HQ. The woman who “seemed particularly powerful” was located. The team collectively focused on her, and she was rendered ineffective.

The Chinese have also reportedly been training psychic spies. For some reason, they only use pre-pubescent children for such purposes. In the U.S., in this context, reports of “Indigo children” are noteworthy.

Inevitably, the Remote Viewers encountered strange, unanticipated matters. They often did not especially care about things like Russian submarines when they had access to the entire Universe. Unanticipated mysteries were gathered into “The Enigma File.”

Time and Space are artificial limitations. So-called “Science” these days often amounts to a strait-jacket, imposing materialistic constraints on perception. As noted at the beginning of this report, “The following may be way out there to some readers.” Subtly and insidiously, many have been trained into closed-mindedness. There is nothing wrong with being a skeptic, except if skepticism is in fact a bigoted mask.

In strange encounters, the Remote Viewers began to gain knowledge about “UFOs.” The situation, it turns out, is extremely complex – not so simple as “men from Mars” or whatever. Underground bases are said to exist. Who exactly “they” are is hard to say. Even the government is stymied. It pretends to ridicule the subject, but is actually ferociously interested.

Since Time and Space do not restrict the Remote Viewers, they can offer hints about the near future. This seership is hampered to a degree by automatic overlay, the superimposition of conscious “noise” upon the received impressions. Between 2005 and 2012, it becomes obvious that ozone depletion has become a crisis. The situation will be modified when an “extinct” volcano in North America explodes. The ozone problem will be eclipsed by diminished sunlight and poor crop yields. Huge greenhouses for agriculture will be built. Loss of sunlight will alter the weather. The greenhouses will become sanctuaries for humans escaping harsh conditions. Eventually, life outside the huge greenhouses will disappear. Some of the Earth's survivors will choose to live underground.

The possibility of automatic overlay in the preceding interpretation resides in its coincidence with the future as seen by H.G. Wells in “The Time Machine.” As far as the ozone depletion a.k.a. “global warming,” this might really be the predicted “Earth changes” misunderstood by some scientists.

In the “way out there” realm are purported communiques by the “Zetas,” not covered in Marrs' book. He acknowledges contact with “aliens,” but not as any simplified “Reptilians,” “Zetas,” “Grays,” etc. In “Zetas Warn Of Danger” (http://www.shout.net/~bigred/Zetas.html), Conspiracy Nation touched on alleged communiques from the Zetas. George W. Bush seeks to become Emperor of Earth, it is claimed. The military is slowly waking up to the scheme, and opposes it. Military power is being transferred to Blackwater, a private enterprise not subject to the U.S. Congress. The U.S. military is consequently weakened.

On Mars, adjacent to the “Face on Mars,” a pyramid. Inside are aliens like large worms. In an underground hive chamber, their hibernating offspring wait to hatch. When that happens, they will “take over.” By then, Bush will be another Emperor Ming, the Merciless. His Blackwater minions shall offer human sacrifice – the rest of us – as feedings for the hungry worm beings of Mars.
