Map Message In Portrait

The map spread out on the table centers the grouping.
Relations between
the tangible map and George Washington and Eleanor Parke Custis (young
woman, standing) are indicative. The young lad, George Washington Parke
Custis, standing by the globe, also conveys a hidden meaning.

The map itself is the plan for the new Federal City, now called
Washington, DC. Masonic symbolism abounds throughout both the plans and
the architecture of "Rome on the Potomac."
In 1663, land now occupied by the Federal City had been owned by
Francis Pope. He called Jenkins Heights, site of the Capitol building,
"Rome." A nearby waterway was called the Tiber.
In the portrait above, a close-up plainly shows three of the figures
indicating locations on the map. George Washington points to where an
Egyptian obelisk is to be built. Eleanor ("Nelly") touches the precise
western point, where the sun sets on or about August 10th. Martha
Custis Washington with a fan seems to point to Jenkins Heights.
A close up of the portrait also suggests the triangle motif
previously
covered in "Masonic 'Meltdown' Signal" (http://www.shout.net/~bigred/MasonicMeltdown.html).
On the map, the Federal City earthly triangle mirrors a stellar
triangle formed by
the stars Arcturus, Regulus, and Spica.
The Capitol building, of course, is named for the Roman Temple of
Jupiter, the Capitolium, also
built upon a hill. Another Roman indication comes from the reverse of
the U.S. Seal, displayed on the one-dollar "Federal" Reserve Notes.
There is found Virgil's prayer to Jupiter from the Aeneid: "Audacibus annue coeptis" ("Annuit Coeptis" -- "Favor our
daring undertaking." The Virgilian spelling has been modified so as to
consist of 13 letters, symbolizing the original 13 states.)
But the overall emphasis is Egyptian, not Roman. Nelly's sign of the
closed fingers hinting at the August 10th sunset aligns roughly with a
view down Pennsylvania Avenue. The August 10th sunset reveals the
constellation Virgo which, on that date, coincides with the earthly
Federal Triangle. Nelly, a young maid, represents the celestial virgin
Isis.
Another Egyptian "open secret" is again from the reverse of the U.S.
Seal. Atop the triangular (pyramidal) image is seen the "Eye of Horus"
from Egyptian papyri.
Also emphasizing ancient Egypt is the use of the
five-pointed sba star on the
U.S. flag. This star suggests Sirius, the Dog Star, which according to
Ovason's research predominates in U.S. horoscopes.
Rounding out the theme of stellar influences "favoring the
undertaking" is the young fellow standing behind the globe (see image,

Custis holds a pair of compasses. His hand rests upon a celestial globe, a globe
of the heavens.
