Memorial To Victims Of Communism

(Conspiracy Nation, 06/13/07) – With little fanfare, a dedication of a Victims Of Communism Memorial occurred yesterday, in Washington, DC. News of this has gone relatively unnoticed, even though 100 million people died due to activities of such persons as Chairman Mao, “Uncle Joe” Stalin, Pol Pot, and others. Compare that number with the estimated 6 million who died due to the Holocaust.

The Victims Of Communism statue, located in an obscure section of the U.S. capital, is a replica of the statue created by student activists and destroyed by communist tanks in Tiananmen Square in 1989. In a press release, Jay Katzen, President and CEO of the Victims of Communism Foundation, notes that other victims “still languish in the prison camps of Castro, and in China and in North Korea.” (See also their web site: http://www.victimsofcommunism.org/)

Another victim of Communism could be an unnoticed film from 2006, “The Lost City,” directed by Andy Garcia. On May 7, 2006, Conspiracy Nation called attention to the movie. (“'Lost City' Shunted Aside”, http://www.shout.net/~bigred/LostCity.html). Garcia's movie has since quietly been placed upon the shelves at video rental stores. It apparently did not receive wide distribution when released. This editor looked for its appearance at local theaters and found nothing listed.

Having at last viewed “The Lost City,” Conspiracy Nation gives it an enthusiastic “thumbs up.” The film is balanced, showing the outrages of the Fulgencio Batista regime in Cuba, and also the outrages of the subsequent Fidel Castro regime. What especially got “The Lost City” surreptitiously swept under the carpet is that it dared to show Castro and Friends in a less than glorious light. One great scene has nightclub owner Fico Fellove (Andy Garcia) informed by a pistol-packing feminist comrade that the saxophone is not allowed to be played. Why? Because the saxophone was invented in Belgium. Huh? Belgium is exploiting the Congo. Ipso Facto, no saxophones allowed.

A different film, soon to be released, glorifies Che Guevara. We shall see if that film gets rave reviews. Comrade Che does not look so well in “The Lost City.”

The rise of Communism is explained in a new book by Nicholas Hagger: The Secret Founding Of America. After contrasting the Jamestown Deists of 1607 with the Plymouth Rock Christians of 1620, Hagger moves on to the Revolutionary War and shows how government was hijacked by Freemasons. (Take another look at the dollar bill.) Coverage continues to the Civil War and explains what really happened to Abraham Lincoln, on April 14, 1865. In Chapter 9, “The Freemasonic State Today,” Hagger sketches “sub-masonic” secret societies such as Skull & Bones, the Council on Foreign Relations, the Bilderberg Group, and the Trilateral Commission. The Russian revolutions involved what Hagger calls “Syndicate” families. The Rothschilds (Royal Dutch Oil) and the Rockefellers (Standard Oil) “vied for control of the Russian Baku oilfields around 1900.” Eventually, Alexander Kerensky was installed by the Rothschild “family” in 1917. Taken by surprise, the Rockefeller “family” sent Leon Trotsky “to liaise with [Vladimir] Lenin and implement a plan based on Adam Weishaupt's world-government objectives... After his Bolshevik coup, Lenin packed his administration with Freemasons.” (Hagger codifies that “Rockefeller” and “Rothschild” denotes a commercial pattern and does not mean particular individuals.)

And where does George W. Bush fit in? In the film “Lawrence of Arabia”, Lawrence asks King Faisal if he may claim to ride in Faisal's name. “Yes, you may 'say' it,” responds Faisal. “But in whose name do you ride?” In whose name does Dubya Bush ride? Sworn into office with a Masonic Bible, Dubya wears a Skull & Crossbones hidden on his chest, as do all members of the Skull & Bones secret society, for their entire lives. In early May, Bush welcomed Queen Elizabeth to our shores, in observance of the 400th anniversary of Jamestown. Off-camera, was business discussed? Last week, in Rome, Bush met with Pope Benedict XVI. Did they “talk Turkey”? Today, news of a bombing at the Askariya Shiite shrine in Iraq is broadcast. This is the very situation which about two weeks ago a top U.S. general, possibly General David Petraeus, mentioned he especially feared. Is the “Turkey” about to be carved?
