Ominous Disappearance Of Wikileaks (Updated)
(Updated Sun Mar 30 10:06:35 CDT 2008)
(Conspiracy Nation, 03/28/08) – Between Wednesday, March 26th and Friday, March 28th, the Wikileaks web site had disappeared! Even more ominous was that no news outlets had been reporting the evaporation of the whistleblower web page.
Then, after Conspiracy Nation called attention to the circumstance, Wikileaks came back online early Saturday morning, March 29th. A report at Wikinews erroneously claimed Wikileaks had been down only one day, March 28th. The Wikinews report also claimed the Wikileaks site had gone down due to an overload of persons wanting to view “Fitna,” described elsewhere as a Dutch film that portrays Islam as a ticking time bomb aimed at the West.
But most anyone can post a news report at Wikinews. The Pentagon, for instance, could have assigned a disinformation specialist to put out the report that Wikileaks had gone down because of great interest in the “Fitna” film. What if the true cause had been a denial of service attack? We don't know what happened to Wikileaks between March 26th and March 28th. The Wikileaks site itself contains no mention of what had happened. (For future reference, Wikileaks lists a Washington, DC phone number: 202-657-6222. If they disappear again, you might be able to check with them to find out why.)
Also, for future reference, the following URLs are included:

Wikileaks had been much in the news about a month ago. Legal parsers had winnowed through byzantine judicial labyrinths and hooked an excuse to shut down the site. Gallantly riding to the rescue, various First Amendment watchdog groups such as the Electronic Frontier Foundation and the American Civil Liberties Union challenged the legality of the Wikileaks shut-down. Their efforts were successful and Wikileaks censorship was countermanded. (Background: “Shane Remake In Lawyerland”, http://www.shout.net/~bigred/Shane.html)
But for at least 48 hours, between Wednesday and Friday last, apparently through no judicial process, Wikileaks had vanished! And with nary a word about it from the press!
This was and is taken to be possibly an ominous portent by Conspiracy Nation. One angle is that Wikileaks, founded by Chinese dissidents, could have been the target of Red Chinese military hackers. Richard Walker reports the “Chinese threat from cyberspace has developed at an alarming rate...” These are no amateurs. Reportedly, they work under the guidance of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) cyber-warfare branch, and have penetrated systems at the Pentagon and, more importantly, at Sandia Laboratories, the heart of America’s nuclear research and design facilities. (“China & West in Midst of ‘Cyber War’”, http://www.americanfreepress.net/html/cyber_war130.html)
But why would there be nary a report on the vanishing Wikileaks, except by Conspiracy Nation? Perhaps something is being missed. You may want to save this report by Conspiracy Nation for future reference.
Speculation on this is inevitable, given the conspiracy of silence surrounding the matter. Here are some random thoughts:
Kapitalism is in trouble. (It is spelled here with a “K” since we do not have true capitalism in the U.S. and elsewhere.) What do Kapitalists always do when the economy is in trouble? Answer: They go to war. “But we are already at war,” you might say. In that case, the imperiled Kapitalist regime would merely escalate the already-war, into Iran, for example. On March 11th of this year, Adm. William “Fox” Fallon, staunchly against any Iran war, resigned from his post as chief of the U.S. Central Command. Within the past 96 hours, a new, hawkish Central Command chief has been appointed.
Among its last leaked documents, Wikileaks had posted a diagram of the first atomic weapon, together with an extremely interesting scientific analysis, according to a report by slashdot.org. Rumors are lately prevalent, from Sorcha Faal and others, about missing nuclear weapons, including suitcase nukes, leading to temporary shut-downs of airports in the U.S. Frantically searched for, according to rumors, have been nuclear devices possibly detected by satellite surveillance. Would they do it? Would they use a nuclear attack as casus belli for an Iran war? Understand their mindset. A film called simply “300” is revealing. (“Spartans! We will make a last stand! All the world will know and remember, we died for freedom!” A counter-film, “Meet The Spartans,” provides a complement to warrior asceticism.) Study that “300” film, if there is still time. You may not like its message, but study it for what is revealed about their mindset.
A report today, March 30th, by Chris Floyd, also suggests nuke mischief. He summarizes what “would seem to be a clear indication that the Saudis have good reason to fear a looming attack on Iran's nuclear sites and are actively preparing for it.” (“Worried Yet? Saudis Prep For 'Sudden Nuclear Hazards'”, http://www.rense.com/general81/sudden.htm)
April 6th now seems to be a key date, as of this writing. Remember, this is only speculation, necessary due to an overall conspiracy of silence.
