(Melchizedek Communique, MC012210) Venezuelan leader Hugo Chavez is claiming the Haitian earthquake of January 12, 2010 was caused by an earthquake weapon. [1] Chavez does not explain if subsequent aftershocks are also being caused by the alleged weapon.

Fox News corroborates a claim by Chavez, who based the charge on an alleged report from Russia's Northern Fleet, that the Haitian earthquake was caused by a U.S. test of an experimental shockwave system that can also create "weather anomalies to cause floods, droughts and hurricanes." [2]

On January 13, 2010, Melchizedek Communique had reported how, within 48 hours of a PETN (pentaerythritol tetranitrate) incident in North Carolina, Haiti got "blowed up real good." Also noticed at the time was that "one of the buildings in Haiti which 'blowed up real good' was the headquarters of the U.N. peacekeeping mission there." [3]

On January 15, 2010, Pravda had asked, about the Haitian earthquake, "...do these phenomena only have natural causes or is some power interested in continuing to occupy strategic zones behind an imperial military plan of unimaginable proportions?" Behind the exotic warfare scheme was alleged to be HAARP, the Research Program for High Frequency Active Aurora, which has "managed to reproduce an artificial aurora borealis" and "can use energy that is present outside of terrestrial space." Translated Venezuelan press accounts describe "a correlation between seismic activity and the ionosphere, through control of the radiofrequency induced by hippocampus, part of HAARP." Earthquakes can allegedly be induced by frequency linear projection. "The satellite configuration allows you to generate projections of frequencies concentrated at certain points." [5]

Since the late 1970s, the U.S. has "made tremendous progress" in the state of its weapons of earthquakes and, according to these reports, now employs technology devices using Pulse, Plasma Tesla Electromagnetic and Sonic, along with "waves pump shock." [5]

U.S. Navy testing of two of these weapons of earthquakes last week is alleged. A test in the Pacific Ocean reportedly caused an earthquake of magnitude 6.5 to hit the area around the town of Eureka, California without causing deaths. [5]

According to another report, the earthquake in Sichuan, China, 12 May 2008 with a magnitude of 7.8 Richter, was also created by the radiofrequency of HAARP. [5]

According to Russian reports, the State Department, USAID and the Southern Command of the United States began its work of "humanitarian invasion" by sending at least 10,000 soldiers and contractors, to control now, instead of the UN, Haitian territory after the devastating earthquake. [5]

What if? What if the United States has decided to kick the United Nations out of Haiti and assume control? In the previous Melchizedek Communique report, an overall plan by President Barack Obama to first destroy the United States so that we can then rebuild it was theorized.
