(Melchizedek Communique, MC012810) In the Millard Fillmore times (1850 - 1853), Narciso Lopez (image shown), a Venezuelan adventurer, launched his own "Bay of Pigs." Lopez assembled mercenaries at New Orleans, and his force landed at Playtas, Cuba. The American press trumpeted the cause of the United States liberating Cuba from Spain. But when Lopez's mission ended disastrously, President Fillmore would not be budged into war.

And so, when Radio Havana claims the United States is turning Haiti into a military base [1], it is understandable if Cuba is a bit paranoid. And who knows? Maybe the United States really is turning Haiti into a military base.

"Some people must have noticed the repetition of the events of 1914 when, with the pretext of protecting U.S. citizens allegedly threatened by a popular uprising, the U.S. troops landed in Port-au-Prince after fierce bombings and remained there for 19 years." [1]

Some people also must have noticed that one of the buildings in Haiti which "blowed up real good" was the headquarters of the U.N. peacekeeping mission there. [2] "[W]hy was an earthquake of this magnitude not felt beyond Port-au-Prince?" wonders one writer. "Intelligence reports are also circulating about the possible disruption of liens and seizures of trillions of dollars by the international community relative to past crimes committed by former Presidents George Bush I and II, and Bill Clinton, which were being channeled through Haiti's Central Bank." By stealth, the United Nations is pushing an international "carbon offset" currency. This explains why recent stunning exposures of scientific fraud in the "global warming" (alias "climate change") propaganda are not receiving proper attention from the mainstream sanitation news media. The mainstream news media, not wishing to undermine the fledgling U.N. central bank, closes its eyes to various "Climategate", "Glaciergate", etc. scandals. The "Full Faith and Credit" of global warming is needed to support the carbon-offset money. But in Haiti, it is speculated a banking counter-attack took place: Being kicked out would be the U.N., to be replaced by the "Federal" Reserve police force, also known as the U.S. military.

Hillary Clinton is reported to have been notably absent from last night's "State of the Union" speech. The Globe, a weekly tabloid newspaper, reports that Ms. Clinton narrowly escaped an assassination attempt in Kenya, in August 2009. Ms. Clinton reportedly is so worried she plans to resign as State Department head as soon as June 2010. [4] But suppose this is a cover for Ms. Clinton to begin her own campaign for president?

Suppose President Barack Obama is the United Nations' man in the White House. Suppose Hillary Clinton remains loyal to the "Federal" Reserve? Pravda reports, "The Russian Northern Fleet indicates that the earthquake that devastated Haiti was clearly the result of a test by the U.S. Navy through one of its earthquake weapons and drew up a diagram of linear succession in relation to earthquakes reported to have occurred by chance to the same depth in Venezuela and Honduras." [5]

Such considerations of Haiti and offshoots are just that, mostly only considerations.
