(Melchizedek Communique, MC022810) Pop star Michael Jackson was murdered, reports The Globe, a weekly tabloid newspaper. There is an ongoing cover-up. But the conspiracy "is about to be ripped wide open." [1]
Former FBI agent Ted Gunderson reportedly calls it "the biggest conspiracy since JFK's assassination". [1]
On February 10, 2010, Melchizedek Communique had reported that Joe Jackson, father of the deceased star, had claimed there was a conspiracy behind his son's death. "Joe told US TV talk show host Larry King: 'He [Michael Jackson] was afraid to even do all of these shows, because he was afraid that he wouldn't get a chance to finish all of them. He couldn't do all those shows back-to-back. Even his kids say that he had told them that he would be murdered.'" (Background: "Various Kooks in the News", http://www.shout.net/~bigred/mc021010.html)
According to Globe, La Toya Jackson, sister of Michael Jackson, believes her brother was murdered and that Dr. Conrad Murray is just the tip of the iceberg. [1]
Inevitable comparisons between the Jackson surprise death and the O.J. Simpson case come to mind, since Los Angeles is the background in both cases. The possibility of an illegal narcotics connection permeating the atmosphere during O.J. Simpson's trial is well-documented in Donald Freed's book, "Killing Time." (New York: Macmillan, 1996. ISBN: 0-02-861340-6.) Evidence of widespread corruption in the Los Angeles Police Department is documented in Mike Rothmiller's book, "L.A. Secret Police." (New York: Pocket Books, 1992. ISBN: 0-671-79657-7.)
Others notice the comparison between Elvis Presley and Michael Jackson. Jackson had married the daughter of Elvis. He died at about the same age as Elvis, and in both cases drugs were involved. The timing of Jackson's death is "very, very ironic. Here was a man hugely in debt, about to commence a massive, strenuous, 50 date tour which would have placed him under tremendous pressures to complete to clear his debts... a tour which he himself - without a spokesman - announced to the world as the 'THIS IS IT' tour..." [2]
Aphrodite Jones, said to have previously authored five bestselling crime books, has written her own book on the general subject: Michael Jackson Conspiracy. This book reportedly does not deal with the ironic death in 2009, but with the situation leading up to Jackson's death. Jackson is said by one reviewer to have had the naivete of a 10 year old child. This was allegedly taken advantage of by some bloodthirsty reporters. "What will amaze you as you read this book, is how many viewed Michael Jackson as a meal ticket for life." [3]
Comparisons with Howard Hughes are also relevant. Both Hughes and Jackson were eccentric, reclusive multi-millionaires. With both, abuse of narcotics was alleged. In the case of Howard Hughes, some mystery also surrounds his death: In 1971, Hughes' presence on earth was no longer required. "Howard Hughes, a human vegetable as the result of serious brain damage during his 1957 hustle -- plus 14 years of heroin -- grew sicker and sicker. A final overdose of heroin did him in. His coffin is lowered into the sea from a rocky headland off the coast of Skorpios. Present at the funeral were Jackie Kennedy Onassis, Teddy Kennedy, Francis L. Dale, director of CREEP [Committee to Re-elect the President] and on the ITT board of directors; Tom Pappas, also of CREEP; and a South Vietnamese cardinal named Thuc. [Aristotle] Onassis allowed some pictures to be taken from a distance; he himself did not appear." [4]
