The Line Search must be installed at the telephone company's interface into the building. It can be set up to search six telephone lines of an electronic telephone system, six separate dedicated telephone lines, or any combination of both. Power losses will only cause power loss to the data devices that are searching and not to the telephone lines themselves.
The Line Search 3 X 6 can alos be stacked together in series to allow more than three outbound only calling data devices to search up to six telephone lines. If I use two Line Search 3 X 6's together in series, I now get a Line Search 6 X 6. If I add another to it, I get a 9 X 6(nine outbound devices searching six telephone lines). Please remember that this is not only an automatic search for dial tone but it is also a simultaneous search.
APPLICATIONS
Credit Card Terminals:
Check Verification Terminals:
These are also used the same way as standard credit card terminals. Their usage, however, is usually
less in most cases.
Credit Reporting
Terminal:
Anyone that does credit reports(auto dealers, mortgage lenders, etc.) uses one of these. These reports
take a very short period of time, usually under one minute per report, and will also redial, if the
telephone line is currently in use by another product.
Computer Modems:
Any outbound modem, depending on how long each transmission time takes, can take advantage of the Line
Search. Realtors use modems for multiple listings and I'll also bet your dialing out to access this page
too, aren't you?
Combinations of Any of the
Above:
You can use any combination of the devices I have named in the search. For example, I could set up a single
credit card terminal, a credit reporting terminal, and a debit card terminal, to all search automatically
and simultaneously from a pool of up to six telephone lines.
and probably many more...
I will be happy to answer your questions and show you in black and white how much your bottom line will benefit.
