Download a FREE DEMO version of the VHF/UHF MCX100 PROM editor and HEX file generator software.

The DEMO version has all of the features of the normal version except it will NOT generate the HEX files needed to program the PROMs, EPROMs or EEPROMs.

Instructions:

1.) Download the file below (Mcx100W32-Demo-Setup.exe). This is the "installer" or setup program that will install the FREE DEMO version of the software.

2.) If you want to install the program on a different computer than you downloaded to, copy the file "Mcx100W32-Demo-Setup.exe" onto a floppy disk or otherwise transfer the file to the desired computer.

3.) Once on the desired computer, use the "start" button, then "run" to execute Mcx100W32-Demo-Setup.exe. This will install the software onto the computer. Alternately, you can run the setup program from within "windows explorer" by double clicking on its name.

The installation proceeds as a normal Windows installation, and can also be un-installed if desired.

NOTE: You are free to provide copies of this DEMO version of the software to others.

NOTE: The DEMO version is usually the "newest" version (often newer than the current release version) and should be considered to be the current "Beta Test" version.
