Then, in 1996, I picked up a copy of Toy Fare Magazine and was surprised to read that the 12" GIjOE was back as a new "Classic Collection" line. Since then, I've been collecting a wide range of 12 inch figures, and now I collect anything I think is cool. I started with GIjOE, then added 21st Century Toys, then Dragon, Blue Box, Sideshow....the list goes on and on. I stopped counting all my figures at 2,000 and I am extremely thankful for a wife who fully supports my collection. I used to focus only on military figures but have recently switched gears to include movie and comic-based characters, plus samurai and ninja. Currently, I'm an active duty officer in the U.S. Army stationed at Fort Bragg, NC. I have over 17 years of active duty service and multiple tours in Iraq. Lots of "Lost Ark" figures with lots of cool accessories! The coolest accessory of all...the ARK itself! Wow! Finally, Indy can't leave without the solid gold statue...Get it, Indy...THEN RUN!
