I tried taking digital shots of my Joe Room, but I'm afraid I'm not much of a photographer.

I'm also afraid my collection is getting very crowded. I've always preferred displaying my GIjOEs in action poses rather than just on shelves. My dream has been to create a display background reminiscent of the Sears Catalog shots.

The collection has now grown waaaay beyond its allotted space (as you can see). I'm not sure you will want to use the pictures on your website Mark, as the photography is no where near as good as the collections you have featured here, but I'll let you be the judge. I couldn't get the whole room in one shot, so I tried to go around and do justice to its various "Adventure Areas," including the ceiling.

I live in Central Massachusetts, and have been collecting GIjOEs since I got married back in 1985 (oh the bargains I passed up back then--on Joes, that is...). Now, I'm mostly collecting both vintage and new Adventure Team.

I also wanted to say "thanks" to the inspiration of all my friends in the Sandbox newsgroup for their ideas for kitbashes of AT lines that SHOULD have been. I think I'm closing in on about 200 figures now with over 1/2 of them vintage. I hope you enjoy the pictures or I'll have to keep you after class (and confiscate your Joes)!

William's collection display involves built-in diorama features such as mountains, streams, and other handcrafted details. Amazing!

The Skydiver has just jumped from the pursuit craft. Geronimo!!!!!!

"Let's take a look at these maps, Joe."

Instead of plain old shelving, William prefers to display his figures "in action!" Look out for that croc, Joe!

There's more sets than you can name, and most appear to have all the little pieces.

Keep looking! The longer you look, the more you find. Check out the tomb entrance, the ATV, the Sandstorm Jeep, the MSV. Wow!

William's Capture Copter has an Intruder in its capture claws!

It's all here. Check out the captured Pygmy Gorilla, the hunting rifle, the Joe at the console. Too cool!
