Victory for LSU, a 30" TV and radio spot by the LSU Office of Public Relations, began airing this fall and is being used for all LSU football broadcasts. Robison Productions arranged, recorded, and produced the music underscore. Thanks to LSU music students Brandon Hendrickson, Brian Bonin, Carter Smith, and Tim Mulaula for their vocal contributions. Over the summer, Robison Productions also contributed original music for LSU's 2007 recruiter DVD: Think Unique.
Lewy PT, a 30" jingle produced by Robison Productions for Lewy Physical Therapy, aired for the first time early in 2007. The voices of Lewy Physical Therapy owner Danny Lewy and members of his staff can be heard during the spot. Alabama Places, a CD of twelve microtonal compositions for piano and synthesizer by Birmingham composer Monroe Golden was released in August 2007 by Innova Recordings. Robison Productions recorded the project on-site at the University of Montevallo and brought it back home to Baton Rouge for mixing and mastering. A review of the CD can be seen here.
Delta Suite, a six-movement composition for flute, piano, and drums, was completed in 2007. The piece was commissioned by Lana Johns (flute) of Mississippi State University and is based upon musical styles associated with the Deep South. Lana, Jackie Edwards-Henry (piano) and Robert Damm (percussion) presented the premiere performance of Delta Suite on November 8, 2007 at MSU's Lee Hall Auditorium.
20th Century Czech Music for Flute & Piano, a CD of works by five Czech composers performed by Lana Johns (flute) and Jackie Edwards-Henry (piano), was released in 2007 on Centaur Records. Robison Productions provided audio editing for this project.
