On-location Recording

My primary recording service is on-location recording of classical music. I do live recording of concerts and recitals as well as session recording/editing/mastering for CD production. Acoustic instrumental and vocal ensembles are my specialty. My recording experience runs the gamut from middle school ensembles to elite college and professional groups.

I work with a laptop-based Pro Tools system and a growing collection of equipment, including Schoeps microphones and preamps by Millennia and Grace Design.

Professional, affordable CD duplication and printing is also available.

Although my studio is designed primarily with my own production work in mind, it functions nicely as a recording facility. It is especially well suited for voice-over recording and song demos. I record with Cubase and use WaveLab and Waves processors for mastering.
