Brazilian singer Raquel Ramos grew up in Minas Gerais, Brazil, a state dotted with blue mountains full of gold, diamonds and all manner of precious stones. The vivacious Raquel is the jewel in the crown of San Francisco Bay Area Brazilian band Nossa Bossa. Singing in her native Portuguese and occasionally in English, Raquel's cool, relaxing voice takes you to the heart of Brazil, with all its warm people, luxurious landscape and amazing music.
The five members of Nossa Bossa represent some of the best jazz talent available anywhere. Sensual and sophisticated, yet fun and playful, Nossa Bossa's music is suitable for dancing, mingling or a concert setting. Nossa Bossa is four talented musicians and a cool, relaxing voice bringing the best of Brazilian Music to the bay Area.
